‘How to View Our Calendar’. This illustrated file will show you just what all the ‘bells and whistles’ do and how to use them.
To be able to ‘ADD EVENTS’ to the calendar you must first register with us.
(You DO NOT need to register to be able to view the calendar, just click the ‘Minster Calendar’ link above)
If you only have a single event you wish to include and you don’t want to register then send the details to us by email here: and we will add them for you.
Before you begin we recommend that you download a copy of our ‘Site Instructions’ document from the link at the bottom left of this page, it gives an illustrated guide as to just how the calendar works.
Now click the ‘Register and/or Login Here’ link also bottom left to complete and submit the form. You then need to keep a watch on your emails for a verification that your registration has been authorised (in some circumstances you may need to click a verification link but the contents of the email will tell you this if it is necessary).
If you prefer not to use the online registration form you can send your name, phone number and email address to us direct at , also tell us who or what you represent in the village (eg Playhouse, Village Hall etc) and we in turn will reply to you with a ‘Username’ and ‘Password’.
Whichever method you choose you will be able to change your password (as often as you wish) after logging in for the first time, your ‘Username’ however is not changeable.
We recommend that if you are representing a ‘group or venue’ in the village and you register via the online form method, you choose a ‘Username’ that will show which ‘group or venue’ that is (eg Playhouse or VillHall) this will then enable us to have some instant reference as to who is entering information and also help us to weed out the ‘spammers’ who attempt to join much more effectively.
After the Administrators have approved you as a Contributor you will then be able to message both the Administrators and/or other Contributors direct from this page. Options for this will become available to you immediately below this message.
